NRGmagnet has designed and implemented projects around the world. These projects range from designing green buildings to designing energy efficiency programs or tactics.
Founder and President Lisa Surprenant has designed and completed more than one million square meters (13 ml square feet) of buildings worldwide. She has employed high technologies adapted to the local construction practices. As a result, she brings skills in many types of buildings and their application in a wide range of climate zones using various construction methods. For demonstration buildings, she uses a mix of "state of the art" and "state of the shelf" technologies.
By engineering each novel technology, NRGmagnet possesses a deep understanding of the strategic use of cutting-edge building technologies adapted to new markets.
As NRGmagnet designs a new program (or adds elements to an existing program) we employ the input and "buy-in" of local stakeholders so that program traction is rapidly achieved. And to ensure that accurate metrics are captured, we often perform baseline analytics to provide a means to measure the program's impact.
